1Introduction & Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and reza88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "company"). This agreement governs your use of the website, mobile app, services, content and all products offered under the Reza88 brand.

Reza88 operates as an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform serving registered members in Malaysia and permitted regions. Our platform covers sports betting, Live Casino, slot games, bingo, and various other digital entertainment categories, all accessible via our web browser and mobile app.

This Agreement takes effect from the date you first register an account with reza88 and shall remain in effect for as long as your account is active or until it is terminated in accordance with the terms stated herein. We reserve the right to update or amend this Agreement from time to time, and such changes shall take effect immediately upon publication on our platform.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use reza88's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the date of registration.
• Be located in a territory or country where online betting is legal and permitted.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never had an account at reza88 previously terminated due to fraud or misconduct.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or voluntary betting limit programme.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at reza88. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. reza88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Documents typically required include an official ID, a bank statement or utility bill as proof of address, and the debit/credit card used for transactions.

3Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all Reza88 account login credentials. Never share your login details with any other party, including family members or friends. Reza88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

We strongly encourage you to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), available in your account settings. This feature adds an extra layer of security by requiring a one-time verification code (OTP) each time a login attempt is made from a new device.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not reuse the same password from other accounts.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity to the reza88 support team immediately.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Reza88 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, local e-wallets, and direct bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit: Deposits are credited to your account instantly once payment confirmation is received from the financial service provider. No transaction fees are charged by Reza88 for standard deposits.

Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 to 60 minutes business days, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (except in certain circumstances with management approval). Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set and displayed in the financial section of your account.

• Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification before it is processed.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Reza88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus balance or bonus-related wins can be withdrawn.

General terms applicable to all reza88 bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated for recurring promotions.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses simultaneously unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus expiry dates are stated in the respective promotion terms — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Reza88 reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of any promotion without prior notice.
• Dishonest or manipulative use of bonuses may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the reza88 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirming it. reza88 will not accept cancellation or amendment requests for confirmed bets except in cases of technical errors acknowledged by us.

Odds displayed on the platform are real-time odds and may change before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you select a bet and the time of confirmation, the system will notify you of the change and prompt you to reconfirm.

For casino games, all games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by independent third-party audit bodies to ensure fair and tamper-proof outcomes. Records of all games are stored and can be reviewed by members via their game history in their account.

7Prohibited Conduct

Reza88 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balance, and where necessary, legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the reza88 platform as a channel for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Fraud & Manipulation: Exploiting software bugs, using automated software (bots), or any other method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results, particularly in Live Casino games.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or using false information to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Chargeback: Filing a chargeback with a payment provider after using those funds on the platform.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access another member's account or hack the systems and infrastructure of reza88.

8Account Suspension & Termination

Reza88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraud, illegal activity, or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other members.

If your account is terminated for legitimate reasons (not due to a breach of terms), your valid account balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process within 14 business days. Conversely, if termination occurs as a result of a terms violation, reza88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances including deposits, wins, and bonuses without compensation.

Members may also voluntarily close their own account by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of full KYC verification.

9Responsible Betting

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your deposits.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the Reza88 platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Any use beyond the scope of this licence — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of platform content without written consent from Reza88 — is strictly prohibited.

11Liability Cap & Disclaimer

Reza88 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee continuous availability free from technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Reza88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or unauthorised access by third parties.

Wagering involves real financial risk. You acknowledge that you are betting of your own free will and are fully responsible for your betting decisions. reza88 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of wagering activity on our platform.

12Privacy & Data Protection

The use and protection of your personal information is governed by Privacy Policy reza88, which forms an inseparable part of these Terms and Conditions. We collect, process, and store your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia.

By registering at Reza88, you agree that we may use your information for the following purposes: identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, service improvement and account-related communications as well as promotions. 13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Should any dispute arise between you and reza88 regarding this Agreement or the use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it amicably within 30 days.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator appointed jointly. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties with no further right of appeal except in circumstances provided by law.

Reza88 operates under a licence issued by a recognised licensing authority. If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved through our support channels, you have the right to refer it to the relevant regulatory body.

14Miscellaneous & General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and reza88 regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

Disclaimer: reza88's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of rights must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of reza88.

Language: These Terms and Conditions are available in Bahasa Malaysia and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the English version shall prevail as the definitive reference.
